Mr. Wiggins is proficient in evaluating acute and chronic conditions, performing comprehensive physical assessments, interpreting laboratory and radiological results, developing differential diagnoses, prescribing and managing medications (including Schedule II under physician supervision), and coordinating referrals to specialists when needed. His experience also includes complex case management, durable medical equipment coordination, postoperative evaluations, hospice and palliative care support, and navigating insurance processes to advocate for patient needs.
Known for his calm, thorough, and patient-focused approach, he brings expertise in diagnostic tools, internal medicine, triage, EMR utilization, and culturally competent care. His decades of service—from supporting military families to managing chronic illnesses in community-based settings—shape his commitment to accessible, compassionate Family Medicine.
