Your health and safety is our top priority at Vista Physician Group. We have implemented several safety measures to help protect our patients and staff from the spread of infection during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All staff members and patients wear masks while in our facilities. If you don’t have a mask one will be provided.
Hand sanitizer is available at every office. Everyone is asked to sanitize their hands upon entering. Staff members sanitize their hands before and after every patient encounter.
The chairs in our waiting areas have been rearranged and spaced out so patients remain at least six feet apart. Patients may also wait in their cars.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas as recommended by the CDC.
Vista Physician Group providers now offer telehealth visits. You can visit via a video chat or phone call through your cell phone, tablet or computer. Schedule a telehealth visit online at www.VistaAnytime.com or by calling the office of your provider. Have a question about whether your condition or type of visit is appropriate for telehealth? Call your provider’s office to learn more. Our staff is ready to help you get connected.
Pre-Screening Before Appointments
All patients receive a pre-screening call prior to in-person office visits. If respiratory or COVID-19-like symptoms are present patients are seen in a separate, specially designated office to help reduce any possible exposure risks for other patients and staff members.
At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Vista Physician Group opened a new, dedicated office to see patients with respiratory and COVID-19 symptoms. This office is staffed by nurse practitioners and keeps potential COVID-19 patients separated from non-COVID-19 patients. If you have respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms and would like to make an appointment, please call your Primary Care Physician’s office who will schedule your appointment with this clinic.
